This was just too much fun, piling on layer after layer of color til stuff just sorta showed up. Started with a base of Sinful Colors Secret Admirer (it’s already got that built in deep space sparkle going on), then used a makeup sponge to daub, in order, these buggers:
- China Glaze For Audrey
- Sinful Colors Mint Apple
- Sinful Colors Forget Now
- Sinful Colors Let’s Meet
- Sinful Colors Cloud 9
- Sally Hansen HD Laser
Then I went in with some nubar 2010 to add some sparkle to the brighter parts and a couple of stars with a dotting tool and OPI I Vant to Be A-Lone Star (it says star right in the name, that had to be the right one). What’s great about this is that there’s no wrong way to go — no worrying about imperfect lines or borders, it’s all free form sponging and layering that’ll never come out the same way twice.
That turned out so awesome! I love it!

Thanks ladies! I like it a bunch too — ran to the drugstore with it on and the lady at the counter could not get over my nails, it’s a big winner. And hahaha beauty, true fact, Sinful Colors in a big way (the bonus to them being sorta runny is that they’re perfect for projects like this).
