André Saraiva rose to street fame in the 90s as Mr A with his stick figured smiley faces all over Paris — LOVE them.  He also had a project called Love Graffiti where he was commissioned to paint the names of lovers in their neighborhood, all bright and happy and full of hearts.  There’s just a lot of joy in his work, I really like it.  So this is my little tribute with China Glaze Happy Go Lucky in 3 coats for the base and the faces done in Revlon Tulip.
