This idea got planted in a helloooooo sailor/hellooooooo nurse exchange on Twitter — couldn’t get the Animaniacs theme song out of my head all day (and it keeps popping up in the weeks since too, that thing’s catchy).  And while the characters probably “belong” on a different background color, I felt like painting cartoons last night so this is where we wound up.

The base is two coats of Wet ‘n Wild I Got A New Com-Pewter from their chrome lineup; I don’t know about pewter, but love the chartreuse sparkle this one gives off (and no problems with application or formula, so phew).  Once that dried I painted in Wakko on the pinky, Yakko on the ring, Hello Nurse (that’s her name!) on the middle, and Dot on the index finger.
