I have no idea why I left OPI Are We There Yet? on the counter for so longer without trying it, but really glad I whipped it out today! The sun is shining and bouncing beautifully off the shimmer in the pretty peachy polish (here in two coats — thank you OPI for having a pretty reliable formula!). Once that dried I used nubar Classic Camel to stamp in this weird blobby shape from the BM-220 plate (that was meant to be a tip stamp) and added some random splotches. Finished with a couple of these round black rhinestones/plastic beads and thought it added a sort of buttoned-up feel to the look. I always know if my nails are a hit or not if the staff at the local store notices them, and the lady behind the counter this morning wound up asking me how to do these (she’s pretty great: last year I’d see her with a random fun polish on her nails now and again, lately she’s got different colors on each nail with fun stripes she’s been adding herself, I love it).

i love the orange and black together! very cute
Absolutely love this!!!!!
The way it was stamped, it actually looks like foot prints to me! You just gave me a new idea!
These are so awesome!
its simple and sweet!
This is a really pretty peach!! =D And I love the black rhinestones! Well done!
Thank you ladies! I’m going to have to hit a craft store and find more black rhinestones, they’re pretty smart lookin’. And Nail Stories, you’re right — now I’m seeing the tread marks.
Can’t wait to see your idea!
