It regularly boggles my mind that there are so many beautiful colors in the world, each a shade off the one that came before, but I fell in love with this blue right out of the bottle.  OPI Sea? I Told You was simply stunning in two coats, it was hard picking something to “do” with it that wouldn’t detract from the blue at all… Ended up stamping this swirly bit from SHANY image plate SH24 with Kleancolor White then added a little blue rhinestone on top of the swirl in the middle of the design (which you can’t see, since I went and put a rock on it, but trust, it’s there).
