Bzzzzzzzzz ok here we go with the how-to: started with a base of Orly Snowcone (almost perfect in 1 coat but went for 2) and then used a Sinful Colors Nail Art detailer in white to doodle in some happy little clouds:

Then went in with the white to add the wings for the bee:

Followed with the Kleancolor Black outline of the bumblebee:

And then went in with Color Club Almost Famous to fill the body:

Back once more with the black for the face and the flight path with the dotting tool, plus a little cleanup on the other lines and backfilling some spots:
