The base on this one went on as expected, with a little more vamp than the bottle indicated: Material Girl Phantom is a sort of black chocolate number with sparkles thrown throughout; black/brown on first glance but then amps up a little under the right lighting.  Once a couple of coats of that dried I went in with Art Club Penny Pincher to add first a horizontal line, then a vertical one (anybody else see Boba Fettness?), and finished it off by topfilling the nail with Kleancolor Chunky Holo Teal (that it was teal and not some other shade hardly matters, all you really notice here is the holo).
