Finally, victory!!!  Ugh marbling!  So I’m thinking my problem may have been that the cup I was using was too small — I upgraded today to a larger saucer and heyyyyy wouldn’t ya know, it’s like the polish had more room to spread out in or something.  What a goober.  Anyway: I used China Glaze (didn’t want to be too bold and mix polishes here) For Audrey, Four Leaf Clover and Lemon Fizz.  And can I tell you I actually shrieked when the first one came out ok, what a relief!

    Thanks Olivia! I kinda screwed up with the ring finger (some of the polish got below the water when I was cleaning up) but I’m soooo relieved it worked and hope it’s not a one-time fluke. :)
