Ok I admit it, I only bought these polishes because of the bottles — they’re so cute! But the colors are pretty great too, and the 3 of them looked pretty good together. The base on this is 2 coats of Pixel Thigh Hi with some Kleancolor White to create a tip. then I used Pixel Sexy S-Lime and Pixel Humdinger to add some green and blue swooshy things near and over the tips plus a few dots.
