An eye-catching dot number, the base here is 3 coats of Color Club Frills — great warm pink color but the formula is a little runny so it took 3 coats for a good cover. Then using a few different sizes of the dotting tools I first added American Apparel MacArthur Park at a diagonal then added some Kleancolor White ones over those. Simple, but it pops!
