Wheeee freewheelin’! The base on this is 2 coats of Barielle Decadence, a really lovely sea blue-green replete with shimmer tones, lovely stuff with and without lights. Then I used Barielle Positive ZEN-ergy to add a two-coat swoosh squiggle thing across each nail, and finally bordered that out with Wet n Wild Ebony Hates Chris along with some varied dots on a single side. Because why not.
