I got the rainbow strip of nail foil from that haul awhile ago and hadn’t tried it out yet — totally bucked on the first pass so I had to do two layers (got it good the second time oh boy!) which ate up a lot of the roll, but whatever, it’s a DOLLAR! Then I added some dripping black paint effect with Kleancolor Black (don’t know what to do with a goopy polish? Use it for dripping!).
