It’s an awesome Essie! Two buttery-copper layers of Essie Penny Talk kicked this off — perfect. Totally should have built a robust base coat (what with the perfect topography of my nail surface) but the color is just beyond. Once that set, I drew in an arc and lines on each nail (looked a bit crown-ish) then filled the blocks with some sparkly paints. It’s sort of a weirdo ruffian, but I like the effect!
