I’ll be honest, this got momentum after a mistake: I started with a two coat base of Revlon Royal Cloak, one of their newer colors in purple with embedded sparkles, which I *thought* had dried pretty quickly and thoroughly, but then I smudged the tip of my pinky feeding the dog.  I didn’t want to start that nail over or try to patch it so ended up putting some little feathery swoops over where I’d bumped the polish and liked the effect enough that I followed it along the nails.  I don’t know why but I’m really into it!  If you’re not really looking closely/your hands are moving a bunch it sort of looks like a french tip but ends up being a little more interesting.
