It’s pretty and easy — pretty easy!  Started with a two coat base of a-england King Arthur (I’ve used this one before, still love it) then went in and applied some little floral decal stickers when it was almost set.  I bought a whole bunch of them off eBay ages ago, but you can probably find them at your local drugstore now too in whatever “nail art” section they’ve got cobbled together near the nail polish.  Finished it with a single coat of HITS Jazz, a blue and green holo flakie with a clear base that went on so heavy that I really only needed one coat to get the point across.  The whole thing reminds me of some afternoon fairy nap somewhere, very dreamy with the holo treatment and the cascading flower effect.
