When bright and white meet you get this in-your-faceness. Started with a 3 coat base (yes, it needs it — great neon color but a little thin on application) of Color Club Psychedelic Scene then used Sinful Colors Snow Me White to create a gradient on half of the nail… and went over it again with a brush for some swooshes, cuz why not.
