Know how to knock out a bunch of untested nail polishes in one kick? Stripes! And once I started laying this all down side by side (the colors all looked great clumped together on the counter) I realized how much it ended up looking like Fruit Stripe gum. Anybody else remember this junk? They get you with the fun colors and stripes and names but the gum was absolute ick after like five minutes… so you’d throw more gum in there to mix it up and keep some idea of flavor going. God I had a lot of sugar as a kid. Anyway, colors are:
- OPI Do You Lilac It?
- OPI That’s Berry Darling
- OPI Hot & Spicy (the orange one)
- OPI Need Sunglasses?
- Sinful Colors Beautiful Girl (the baby pink one)
Oh yeah, also found this site that SELLS all the weird retro candy from your childhood (just don’t check the sell by dates on anything).

Dude!!! I used to live for fruit stripe gum! Anyone out there know if it is still available? I used to chew the hell out of that gum! Of course, it only lasted for like 5 minutes but still so awesome! Thanks for the flash back!
This does look like fruit stripe gum! One of my coworkers bought some for another girl at work, and I went batshit for it! lol! It does taste disqusting though!
