These are just full on doodlebug nails, wasn’t sure what was going on til I started running out of room and stopped myself from layering this on too thick.  The canvas began with a base of OPI No Room For The Blues (still seen untouched in the center of the circles, it’s a mighty pretty blue!), then started in with the circles.  The brown sparkle is Color Club Nothing But Truffle and the shimmery blue is OPI Teal The Cows Come Home.  Then I filled the space between the circles with a layer of the pearly shimmer of Color Club Rainbow and used love & beauty Royal Iridescent to add little, I don’t know, frills or whatever to the outside of the arcs.
