Ok, so *maybe* I picked the two colors because of their names.  The base is 2 coats of China Glaze Good Witch? from their Wizard of Oz collection, which I then stamped some stars onto using BM-220, but I did it in white and didn’t love it so went back in with Wet n Wild Silvivor and sort of roughly colored the stars in (detail and glitter just aren’t friends).  Finally I added some China Glaze Bad Kitty to the space at the tips below the rows of stars.  Pretty pinkness!
