I’m calling shenanigans: e.l.f.’s Teal Blue is GREEN, isn’t it? Or am I losing my marbles? I put down 2 coats of Teal Blue (GREEN!) and then covered it in e.l.f.’s Matte Finisher (went on a little streaky which I didn’t notice so well inside, otherwise I probably would’ve gone for a 2nd coat), then went back in and topped it with some dots. Single color contrast, gotta love it.

That’s so cool. How did you do those dots?
I just used a dotting tool — forget which # but it’s 3 or 4 — it’s got the two sizes on each end so I did the bigger ones first then flipped it around and dotted the smaller ones beside it.
That is so NOT teal!!
