Not sure why I like this color combo so much but I really do — the base is 3 coats of Color Club Edie, which calls itself a neon from the Poptastic Collection, but the gel strikes me as more of a bright milky green (don’t overthink that visual) than a real NEON, you know?  Once that dried I added a two-coat slash of Sally Hansen Pumpkin Spice glitter polish, a black-based glitter that doesn’t overdo itself but still makes a statement with its little orange glitter flakes.  While that was still wet I added some golden clear rhinestones along each line and suddenly felt all proper and stuff.
