Color Club Rule Breaker is the base on this one, another deep dark shimmer green with a touch of blue, and then it started raining… so I dropped some lines in Kleancolor Black then started added dots in NfuOh 87 which wound up making what (I think) looks like raindrops stuck on top.

Chelsea, the template was something I worked on myself so there isn’t an off the shelf solution, but there are plenty out there that are close where you can just change the background and some colors and be psyched with it. Shout if you need help!
