The base is Sinful Colors Hot Spot with Sinful Colors This Is It (great shimmery golden color, but needs like 3 coats to fully obscure the base) for the bolt effect on the tips.
Unfortunately I waited a little too long to peel the tape off of this one so the lines aren’t as clean as I’d like, but it’s a first stab at lightning nails so now I know to work faster and use a more opaque secondary color.
