I know, “neon orange” isn’t really the first thing that springs to mind when you think of Cookie Monster.  Lemme take you on a trip: see what happened was…

I put down a couple of coats of China Glaze Japanese Koi, a screaming orange neon that I’m liking more than I thought I would (maybe because it’s loud without being super bright?), and then painted in some tips in white and blue.  And then I realized that the blue I had used was a pretty good Cookie Monster color (true fact, I’m staring at a Cookie Monster costume head right now, there’s a lot of muppet to reference around here), and considered that there was a Cookie Monster request on the pile, sooooooo…. blame my friends for sending me Cookie Monster videos is all I’m sayin’.
