Ok no more glitter!  :D

The base on this is the HOW YOU DOIN’ bright crazy orange of nubar Hot Orange on a single-coat of white (it’s bright, but it needs a white background in a big way).  Then I stamped in these lily/lotus numbers from Konad plate m66, which strikes me as a totally anti-neon sort of theme, but whatever, time to dig in deeper: finished it up by adding various neons from the stripers to fill in the flower bits and some tipness in Sinful Colors Dream On.  I just like the design a lot and didn’t want to muck it up with a zillion treatments; it kinda makes me think of a kid’s book illustration in watercolor where the lines and colors all sort of lay on top of each other.
