I actually wanted to do Beaker but I couldn’t find that polish for some reason, so here’s the next one down the line: OPI Pepe’s Purple Passion.  It went down as expected, a rich finish in two coats, crammed with sparkly flecks for extra wow.  And if that wasn’t enough flash, I added China Glaze Luxe And Lush to the index finger — the flakes seemed larger than nubar 2010 when I put the bottles together, but they’re equally lustworthy.  Had to cap it off with Pepe on the middle finger in acrylic; not crazy about how he turned out (I don’t think his vest/jacket area was completely dry when I put the topcoat on so there’s some unfortunate buckling and separation there), but he’s still cute!
