Nothing all that fancy today, but did want to try out picture framing (yes, I know some folks are calling this a rim job, but goodness…) — trickier than it looks! I started with a two coat base of Barielle Coalest Day Of The Year, a great dark charcoal with a little silver shimmer to it. Once that dried I went in with an Art Club Solid Silver striper to outline each of the nails. In theory, pretty easy; in practice, sort of a pain as you’re trying to make it all uniform and even. And THEN, because I can’t leave well enough alone, I went in with Art Club Grape Escape to add some purple diagonals over the whole thing.

These are cool. Kind of 80′s looking
Haha you’re not wrong!
I really like this trend-picture framing but have yet to try on my own!
