Bubbles!  Way easy but still cute, I think the only bit I’d do differently is adding the nubar Sugar sparkles to it at the end — I thought I could just pull out a couple of pieces of glitter from the polish and get away clean but I pulled a little more than expected/desired.  The base is 2 coats of Orly Lola, about as Barbie pink as they come I think, then added dots in Kleancolor White and put in some bubble flares using love & beauty Pearly Pink polish.
