I’ve been meaning to get my butt down to the craft store forever-ever to pick up some little bitty feathers to try out on my nails but it’s TOO. DANG. HOT. and that’s a loooooong bike ride so I did the next best thing and just painted some feathers on instead.  It’s not perfect but it was fun to try out!  The base is China Glaze Reggae to Riches (ooooooo, ahhhhhhhhh, it’s a purple-pink shimmer bugger, hence purplink):

Then I went in with some Art Club detailers in Black, Aqua and Yellow to draw in some happy little feathers.

You should do more tutorials! I love your nails and they’re very easy to do because you use everyday polishes that aren’t too expensive… I’m so inspired!

  6. Wow! I love this you are an artist, I have no nail art skills whatsoever , but I plan on trying soon.

  7. This is so creative! Glad I found your site… :)
