I know, I know, I’ve done the blue flower thing a few times before — what can I say, I like ‘em! This was mostly dinking around with acrylic paint — the blues and yellows/orange are all acrylic, then I went in with the Migi pen in black for outlines and swirly business. Afterwards I put on some daubs of Barry M Hologram (a medium density glitter with silver holo-hexy glitter bits) to cover up some areas where the black had clearly run with the topcoat, sealed it once more and was on my way for a fleur-tastic day.

These are AMAZING! so gorgeous.
This is so pretty!!
so cute! I love your flower manis
You are so talented!
So beautiful, this looks awesome!
I like this a lot – it reminds me of Spanish linens. Win!
once again, i’m amazed, love it
Pretty!
very pretty! love the blue.
Oooh these are awesome! Love the blue on yellow. Which acrylic paints do you use? Normal artist ones or ones for nail art? Thanks
Thank you ladies! And yep, I can see the spanish vibe — I just like that it’s colorful.
And Helen, I just use regular acrylic paint tubes you can get at any arts store; you really don’t need a lot of paint, so do yourself a favor and pick out a pack that has a ton of different colors and you’ll save a lot of time trying to mix stuff.
Thanks
I just bought myself a pack of 12 to have a go with! Excited.
