Cartoonishly goofy, I had to go with it. OPI Don’t Know… Beets Me! for the base, some Kleancolor White for the frosting, with OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender, Essie Coral Reef and Essie Forget Me Nots for the sprinkles. Easy peasy, just freehand in a cloud-y sort of frosting tip with the white and use the dotting tool for some sprinkles, you’re all set.
