It’s sort of fishnet-y, if the lines were a little more in line… though maybe this is the dirty streetwalker version where the fishnets are all twisted and worked out, who knows. The base is Sinful Colors Sugar Sugar in all its red sparkled glory (2 coats) with some black lines drawn in and Kiss Nail Art Silver Glitter to dot the x’s.
