Everybody saw this one coming, right? Ok good.
I’ve been wanting to do these for awhile but I knew it would take some time to hammer out so waited for some spectacularly bad reality TV to go for it. I started with a white base and used some black to draw in a grid (jeez is it ever hard making perfect squares! these were close though) so that I already had the framework in place to color in the Tetris pieces. Plus the black outline underneath the colors helps create some of the box shading from the original game a little, so that’s nice. I used all of my bright Art Club stripers to color in the blocks I wanted and then went back with a fine brush and Wet n Wild Ebony Hates Chris to fill in the rest of the nail. Super fun, and really not that difficult — it’s sort of perfect practice for doing lines and filling spaces though.
